IRA Refund Policy

Our refund policy only applies to payments made on behalf of a guest.

A full refund is available is the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the event.  The refund will be applied against the card used for the initial payment within 5 business days of the request.

In lieu of a refund the payer can use the payment for a future guest within the same calendar year as the original event.
